DreamWorks exec VP of communications Marvin J. Levy --Steven Spielberg's longtime spokesman -- will receive a special Career Achievement in Film Marketing award next week at exhib confab ShoWest.

Levy joined Spielberg's Amblin Entertainment in 1982 as a marketing consultant. He segued into marketing and communications at DreamWorks when the studio was formed in 1994. Prior to joining Amblin, Levy worked at Columbia pictures.
