Mar 24, 2005 - 01:37 AM
"/webmaster.waroftheworlds.com/click.html?c=ETFYGW"">/www.dreamworksfansite.com/ad/180x135_wotw_tom.gif"" align=""left"" border=""1"">We all know up to now that Tripods in Spielberg's /webmaster.waroftheworlds.com/click.html?c=ETFYGW"">WOTW version will be completely cgi generated but what's with 'Stan Winston Studios' involvement in the film?

According to /www.cinefex.com/upcoming/films/waroftheworlds.html"">Cinefex Magazines's WOTW page, the companies involved are ILM, Stan Winston Studio, Edge FX & Harlow FX (the latter two are make up companies).

So having Winston Studios involved, is that a typo or fact that we are all unaware of? If they are involved what possibly can they be creating other than tripods?

/webmaster.waroftheworlds.com/click.html?c=ETFYGW"">War of the Worlds will be featured on Oct-Dec issue of Cinefex Magazine later this year. It wil be available to order and in stores mid-late September. /dreamworksfansite.com/talkback/forumdisplay.php?f=144"">Talk about in the forums."
