Rashida Jones has landed the female lead in DreamWorks' comedy I Love You, Man, opposite Paul Rudd and Jason Segal.

According to Variety, "The Office" regular also will co-star in the Renée Zellweger-Harry Connick Jr. starrer Chilled in Miami for Gold Circle Films.

John Hamburg directs "I Love You" from a script he wrote about a man about to get married (Rudd) who seeks out a stranger to be his best man for the wedding. Jones will play the fiancee.

Shooting is scheduled to begin in early April.

"Chilled" centers on a Miami businesswoman who is transferred to rural Minnesota, and while she is there she re-evaluates her big-city values. Jones will play the best friend to Zellweger's character.

Jones will star on Fox's upcoming half-hour comedy "Unhitched," from the Farrelly brothers.
