With the writers strike in it's first week, DreamWorks has hired Nigel Phelps as Production Designer on 'Transformers 2'.
Phelps has also worked on Michael Bay's 'Pearl Harbor' and 'The Island'. He is currently working on Universal's The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor.
