Loretta Devine, one of the stars of 'Dreamgirls' has joined the ABC pilot 'Eli Stone.'

Devine will play the ""no-nonsense"" assistant to the titular character. Her boss is a lawyer who begins to believe he is a prophet. Devine's character will be a regular -- a step up from her recurring gig on 'Grey's Anatomy' as Adele Webber.
